Yes, this is true... another excelent exercise to lose weight is dancing.

This is an easy, funny and fast way to lose weight. Salsa, eletronic, house, cha cha cha, whatever...

If you dance for one hour, you can lose app. 330cal.

So, if you're not up to do gym, go dancing!!
