Goal maintenance

Maintain your objective!!




90% of the people that I know that is trying to get in shape usually give up at the first two weeks of diet and others 5% don't even get half way...

Why this happens??

Mainly, this problem occurs because you put in your mind that you don't los 30 pounds in one day or in one week.

First of all, you need a primary objective and several key points, or as I say, safe points, that gives you motivation to go ahead.

So, you need to lose 30 pounds, try to lose 5 pounds, and then other 5... you take a step at a time, you do not jump several steps in one shot.

Dear Friends,


After a long term away, I'm back and I've seen this interview and think this is really interesting for all of us.


This Lady from Baltimore, US, is 75 years old and started to train proffesionaly only four years ago.


Miss Ernie, as she's known, runs more than 15 miles per day and believes that age is just a number as she says.


This is an example of motivation and that we are able to reach any goal, in special get thinner and healthier!!
